How do I turn of pop-up blocker for Encore only?

- from Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options; Privacy tab; Settings
- enter *.spectrum.k12.com in the "Address of Web Site to allow:" field and click on "Add"
- click "Close" to close the Pop-up blocker page
- click "OK" to close the Internet Option

Why won't my forms display?

- you may not have Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or above installed and working correctly
- you may not have Pop-up Blocker disabled for Encore

Why can't I logon to Encore?

- you may be using an incorrect username or password, call the Help Desk
- your account may be locked from failed logon attempts, call the Help Desk

What if I forget my username and/or password?

- Call the Help Desk for your region and they can tell you your username or reset your password

What should I do if I get a red "Server Application Unavailable" screen or "server Error in '/' Application" screen when trying to get to the Encore system?

- click on the Refresh icon a few times
- if refresh doesn't work, close the window and try going back in to Encore
- if after several failed attempts, call the Help Desk
